Before we proceed with the business listed, I wish to record the decisions taken by the committee at its meeting of 16 November on EU legislative proposals. The committee agreed that COMs (2017) 536, 537, 538 and 539 do warrant further scrutiny. The committee agreed that COMs (2017) 499, 543, 545, 559, 561, 565, 567 and 568 do not warrant further scrutiny. Full details will be published on the committee's website.
