Deputy Martin asked if we had noticed any changes in teaching techniques in our time in school. A lot of teachers in my school are using the Magenta active learning principles in the classroom. We noticed that they are changing the desks in their classrooms into small groups and everyone can see the board as a result. Teachers are also using something called Kahoot!, which is a quiz platform whereby a teacher can make up a quiz on the computer and it will produce a code for the quiz. We can join in on our smartphones and answer the questions. Personally, I have noticed changes in teaching techniques and methods in my six years in secondary school.
