Document PAC32-R-895 (i) A. is from the Secretary General of the Department of Education and Skills, providing a briefing document. His covering letter draws attention to the fact that there is an ongoing investigation in relation to the Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board, ETB, and it is important that proceedings do not compromise that investigation, so we will deal with that at the commencement of the session when we have Kildare Wicklow ETB.
