I move amendment No. 2:

In page 8, between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following:“3. The Minister shall, within one month of the passing of this Act, prepare and lay before Dáil Éireann a report on the impact on income equality of the changes in income tax and USC made in this Act.”.

I want to withdraw amendment No. 2. I will reserve the right to reintroduce it on Report Stage.
