I note that An Garda Síochána believes that personal responsibility must also be supported by parents, teachers and responsible entities. Does the assistant commissioner have any views on how personal responsibility can be fostered among these groups, particularly in light of the lowering of the age bracket to 13? What recommendations would An Garda Síochána make to protect these entities?
