I have one last very brief question. The Communication (Retention of Data) Act 2011 provides for a penalty should an Internet service provider, ISP, fail to hold onto information for evidentiary purposes. There is a fine associated with that Act. Has the unit experienced any difficulties with ISPs in respect of the retention of such information? If so, does Mr. Daly believe the fine is sufficiently large to warrant the ISPs retaining the information? The second question is irrelevant if the answer to the first is "No".
