Does the Deputy want to note opposition to the Bill as amended?

I would like to know if it is permissible for a member to call a vote at this point on the Bill, as amended.

To clarify, the legislation has been examined and agreed section by section and there is no provision for voting on the Bill as a whole.

I thank the Minister and his officials for attending today. Finally, I thank staff members Trish, Padraig and Fiona for the enormous amount of preparatory work they did in advance of the meeting, which helped a great deal with the flow of proceedings.

The select committee adjourned at 7.25 p.m. sine die.
