It is near completion. We hope to have it completed by the end of the first quarter of next year, but as far as we are concerned it is urgent for reasons of that kind. We have had round table discussions with the Judiciary, with the professions and with the media especially. The media were very helpful again and were very responsive as to their view of the harm it can cause, and to the fact that it does interfere with the administration of justice.
