In the surveys we have done with our members, rates - which we focused on today - is very high up in terms of cost concerns. It is number three in terms of cost concerns for our small businesses across all sectors. However, number one is labour costs while number two is the cost of insurance. I emphasise that these are the priorities our members have outlined to us.
