Under Schedule A, COM (2016) 283 is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on co-operation between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of consumer protection laws. It is proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny. It is also proposed that the committee request a note from the Department updating it on the general progress of the proposal and whether the subsidiarity concerns raised have evolved. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2016) 616 is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering, technical assistance and transit of dual-use items. It is proposed that this proposal does not want further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

It is proposed that the proposals listed in Schedule B - COM (2011) 164, COM (2011) 367, COM (2011) 684, COM (2011) 778, COM (2011) 779, COM (2011) 793, COM (2011) 794, COM (2011) 834, COM (2012) 7, COM (2012) 130 and COM (2012) 131 - warrant no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
