It is important when we are looking at reports to remember that what people need when they are making decisions on their home purchases is clarity and certainty regarding where choices are going to lead. I will reflect on what the Deputy has said but I do not want it to be the case that we publish a report in advance of when decisions are being made that might lead to some uncertainty for people for a number of weeks. However, I will look at what commitment was given.
