There are two subjects, one very quickly. I would like a little bit of over and back but I will try to be as quick as possible. The Minister has a report on the help-to-buy scheme and has said he will make an announcement on budget day. On foot of an amendment proposed by Deputy Michael McGrath, the previous Minister for Finance committed that the report would be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas before or at the end of September. Will the Minister honour the commitment to publish the report before the end of the month so that Deputies and Senators can see it before the announcement on budget day?
