Several commitments were made in that area. The rate of DIRT on deposit accounts is currently 39%. It was 41% between 1 January and the end of December 2016. I will consider the commitment made by Deputy Noonan but, whether it is a multi-annual commitment or one that has been given elsewhere, I must deal with it on budget day.
