Yes, it will. I am not complacent about the level of challenge our country faces. While it is very positive that there is now a focus on a transition period that has the potential to be as close as possible to the customs policy we have now, that has not yet been agreed. The big question is in respect of what will be at its far end. For those reasons, the budget and the work of every Minister will continue to have a large focus on Brexit.
