As we have a quorum, I call the meeting to order. At the request of the broadcasting and recording services, members are requested to ensure that, for the duration of the meeting, mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane, safe or flight mode, depending on their device. It is not sufficient for members to put their phones on silent mode as this will maintain a level of interference in the broadcasting system.

No apologies have been received, though a couple of members are running some ten minutes late. I propose we go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
