I thank the Minister for his address. I will clarify one issue initially, if I may. I understood that the Minister would be here until 11 a.m., but he informed me that he may have to go at 10 a.m. Notwithstanding the normal process that we have here, if we go to the full 15 minutes or the group times, the Minister will not be able to answer questions. If it is possible to do it this way - and this is in the committee's hands - every member could take five minutes, and be taken in groups of three. If we are not finished, I ask the Minister to wait until everybody has spoken. It would split his time and he would leave at 10 a.m., but everybody would get an equal opportunity.
