It involves living separate and apart. We can talk about it again but we do not have to get into the minutiae of it. It places a greater onus, which it must, because going back to the issue of collusion, we do not want people living under the same roof saying that they are separated when they are not. If they have to give evidence, they will be perjuring themselves if they give the wrong evidence to the judge, so it is more about preventing that.
