No apologies have been received so I expect that all members will attend. Deputy Alan Farrell has been appointed Chair of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Children and Youth Affairs. In the event that a division is called here today we are advised that Deputy Kate O'Connell will substitute.

As we are in public session, I hope Members will follow my example and switch off their phones as they interfere, even on silent, with the recording equipment in committee rooms.
