In answer to the question about the providers having challenges around the September measures, the majority of new children who will benefit from this September, the 33,000 under the universal subsidy, will do so through a mechanism similar to the early childhood care and education, ECCE, scheme. Providers will be very familiar with registering children under the ECCE scheme and will follow a similar process for the universal subsidy. For other children we have not made changes to the schemes per sebut have increased the subvention rates. Many of the providers are very familiar with the way the schemes operate.
