We are back to the same problem. We should look at this stage to see if the Bill can be amended to try to deal with those matters. Is that possible? We do not know. As has been pointed out already, we do know so much about this. It is almost an impossible position, and that is the problem with Brexit. It has everybody left in such a confused state as to what the impact will be. There are consequences we will not see and in turn there will be consequences arising from those. I appreciate what the Minister is saying.

There are two points. There is a large section of the North Atlantic waters that will be pulled from the Common Fisheries Policy, which will leave us in a position where we will need to look at the policy again. I do not see how we can avoid that. The voisinageprocess must be amended in some way as it is currently a little too loose when we think of what could happen coming down the road.
