In recent years and through the boom years certain towns around the country developed what might be called an office market. Some of them developed industrial estates and business parks. It really depends on what is available in the town. I do not know the market in small towns like Boyle but they could potentially offer something. One would not expect to go to the smaller towns looking for space and to find an empty office block. It does not happen. Galway-----
