In terms of a robust pace of recovery, that is fact. The key economic indicators are that the economy is growing. That does not mean the growth is evenly spread. It does not mean that we are without problems. What happens perhaps after the depth of crisis we have had is that periods of underinvestment catch up with one. The reality is that over the past four to five years there are 230,000 more people in work than were heretofore. The unemployment rate has dropped from more than 15% to just over 6% and is on its way down. In terms of what the Department of Finance does, it is a measure of well-being.
