I move amendment No. 42:

In page 7, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following:"(v) in the case of a school or unit which is established to provide solely for the education of students with a specific special educational need or medical condition, where the school or unit refuses to admit as a student a person who does not display the behavioural characteristics associated with the specific special educational need or medical condition for which the school or unit is established,".
