On that basis, I will not press the amendment but I would say to Deputy O'Callaghan that I am explicitly excluding the sections where there is a need to act urgently. I was not concerned with diluting the powers of the board there, I was only putting it forward in the circumstances where the board said that it was not urgent and to provide for the review to be held beforehand rather than afterwards. I will not press the amendment and will wait to see what the Tánaiste returns with.
