It has no reflection on the validity of the case the Deputy put that she has decided to withdraw it in the circumstances. She had the right to resubmit it on Report Stage. We all understand that.

Amendment No. 78 does not have to be moved. I will revisit all this afterwards to be certain but I am advised that the Deputy does have the option of not moving amendment No. 78.
