I was interested to hear the views of the members. I am still not sure. I appreciate that there is flexibility in the three to five members provision, we are not saying it should be three in all cases, there is a provision. Perhaps it is a case of extending where the discretion to invoke three or five lies. Maybe that should be a matter for the whole board rather than the chairperson, but I will not press the amendments now. I may return to it in the future and I note the comments made by other members.
