I thank Ms Dunnion for an extensive overview of the role of HIQA in monitoring foster care services. On behalf of the committee, I wish her and the organisation a happy tenth birthday and congratulate her on all she has achieved in the intervening time.

At the outset, I thank Senator Devine who sought this meeting and began this. I wish to acknowledge that as well. Out of deference to Senator Devine, does she want to contribute first?
