Hold on a second. We need a little bit more than Mr. waters' sense of it. This is serious stuff here. The committee was set up immediately, according to the Garda Commissioner, which presumably was July 27 or July 28. Mr. waters' sense of it is the committee was established and then the Department was asked to go on it by the email in October. Is that correct?
