The Chairman, Deputy Michael Healy-Rae, is involved in Priority Questions in the Dáil but he hopes to be here very shortly. I have a group from Roscommon coming in so Deputy Bernard Durkan might take the Chair if I have to leave and the Chairman has not returned. Is that agreed? Agreed.

I remind members to ensure that mobile phones are switched off. This is important as it causes serious problems for the broadcasting, editorial and sound staff. I better follow my own advice and do that.
