We have been successful in a funding bid to INTERREG to launch a new programme which will happen towards the end of June. It will be called Co-Innovate and is a partnership involving us, LEOs in the six Border counties, Enterprise Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Scottish Enterprise. Its key objective will be to develop innovation capacity in SMEs in the region. Even though it is not a response to Brexit and is quite separate, it will be very important to develop innovation in SMEs in the Border counties and the region.
