We will discuss the scrutiny of the EU legislative proposals before the committee today. Schedule A is COM(2017)150, a proposal for regulation from the European Parliament and the Council fixing the adjusted rate provided for in Regulation (EU) 1306/2013 for direct payment in respect of the calendar year 2017. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Schedule B is COM(2017)97, COM(2017)125, COM(2017)126 and COM(2017)153. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
