I apologise for being outside for a few minutes. I was asking the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment a related question on the lack of cost-benefit analysis from the republic's system of climate projects, but it related to infrastructure also. I start by disagreeing, with every respect, with Deputy Barrett. The IMF had nothing to do with us not building the metro. The metro was included in the four-year plan and funded. We had a €500 million loan from the EIB.
