They are making a choice and are looking for housing here. We feel that Government policy should respect and reflect the choices that people make to come and live in Dublin. High density and high quality are part of the solution. We also see the need to develop other large urban centres around the country and a city region-led development plan makes up the basis of our submission to the national planning framework.
