As we have the required quorum of four members, including one Deputy and one Senator, we will commence the meeting in public session. I advise members to turn off their mobile phones as they interfere with the sound system and the broadcasting of the meeting. Apologies have been received from Teachta Peadar Tóibín.

I propose that we go into private session to deal with a number of items. Is that agreed? Agreed.
