In accordance with Standing Order 90, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Select Committee on Justice and Equality has completed its consideration of the following Revised (or Supplementary) Estimates for public services for the year ending 2017: Vote 16 - Valuation Office; Vote 20 - Garda Síochána; Vote 21 - Prisons; Vote 22 - Courts Service; Vote 23 - Property Registration Authority; Vote 24 - Justice and Equality; Vote 25 - Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission and Vote 41 - Policing Authority.

Under Standing Order 89 (2) the message is deemed to be the report of the select committee.

The select committee adjourned at 10.50 a.m.sine die.

We have sent a message to Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin to advise of the later start. The committee will then, subsequent to the address of the Bill, go into private session to address the matter of the Commissioner's response to our questions. We will reconvene with a joint committee at 11.05 a.m. on the button.
