I move amendment No. 79:

79. In page 48, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 179 of Principal Act

13. Section 179 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following after subsection (2): “(2A) The regulations to be made under subsection (2) shall provide that the information to be made available in accordance with subsection (2)(b)(ii) and subsection (2)(c) shall be at least as detailed as that which would be required for a planning application for the same development.”.”.
