I move amendment No. 74:
In page 48, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 177S (Competent Authority) of Principal Act
14. Section 177S of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (a):“(aa) in relation to a draft National Planning Framework, the Minister.”.”.
