A number of years ago I came across a new assessment for children and I had to go and learn how to do it. People will have to train and acquire the skills and knowledge. We have to trust that doctors will not make recommendations that are beyond their skills and knowledge. They are required to act responsibly. This is where the Medical Practitioners Act, the Medical Council, all of those things come in.
