I never said anything about month-by-month. Really, the response I have gotten from the Governor is that he will be doing nothing between now and November. I ask him to pay careful heed because we got into this mess in the Celtic tiger period when the price of houses spiralled out of control and we suddenly had a situation where people were taking out loans, which I know had much higher interest then, which effectively put them in negative equity. The loan-to-income ratio is fine, but if there is a situation where the price of houses increases at an exponential rate, there is the risk that there will be people buying houses again who will find themselves in negative equity in a relatively short period of time.
