On the Diverse Campus Services, DCS, campus companies, there was a student accommodation village, Manor Village, where there were student residences and an opportunity at the end of the period of the build of those student residences for them to be bought out. A sinking fund had been built up and it was felt, based on the surpluses that student residences were making, that it would be opportune for the DCS campus companies to borrow the money to purchase those student residences.
