Before we proceed to the main business on the agenda, I will deal with a number of EU legislative proposals that we discussed in private session.

The committee considered COM (2017) 47. As there are no subsidiary concerns about this proposal, it is proposed that it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

In respect of COM (2016) 541, COM (2016) 552; COM (2016) 574; COM (2016) 620; COM (2016) 621 and COM (2016) 745, it is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
