I remind members, visitors and people in the Gallery to ensure their mobile telephones are switched off or in flight mode for the duration of the meeting as they interfere with the broadcasting equipment even when on silent mode.

With regard to Schedule A, it is proposed that COM (2016) 595 and COM (2016) 596 warrant no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. Regarding Schedule B, and excluding COM (2016) 34, it is proposed that COM (2016) 63, COM (2016) 64, COM (2016) 233, COM (2016) 412 and COM (2016) 440 warrant no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
