We were asked about the nature of the complaints. I could list a dozen categories of complaints, some of which include staff being put on the wrong salary scale, failure to give rights to staff commensurate with the current body of supports for natural justice and for the rights of employees who were demoted or unfairly dismissed etc. Others include failure to comply with audit requirements, failure to report variances in significant amounts of expenditure and failures generally in governance and in the quality of the management of the companies. These come to our attention all the time. At any given time, we have to deal with up to a dozen issues extending from a complaint right up to, and including, litigation.
