I will talk about the excessive use of water. Deputy Lahart said a lot of it is due to leaks, which is true. I got a letter from Irish Water telling me that I was using a huge amount of water. I then found I had a leak under my house. I would not have found it without having a meter. If I am not paying for water, however, there is no incentive for me as a consumer of Irish Water to fix that leak.
