Through the medical systems, social welfare and other means, there are ways of proceeding. I have spoken to the Disability Federation of Ireland in this regard. As long as there is a robust system of appeal and, in particular, registration and as long as decisions are made on a medical basis, one will pick up on a lot of the potential poverty issues. At this point, not having seen the appeals process and robustness, I remain optimistic.
