Without being in any way disrespectful, I do not think it is the sort of entitlement that would be to the forefront of someone looking to challenge it, unless there was a particular interest in the language. I do not think it is satisfactory, in particular in legislation designed to protect vulnerable employees. One is almost incentivising an employer to ridicule an entitlement. It is something that may not be observed a whole lot and to have a situation where one puts into legislation a provision that is supposed to be enforced and respected strikes me as something that would be observed more in the breach than the compliance. I respectfully suggest that is not where one wants to be in terms of the first language.
