Yes, exactly, and these relate to two broad areas. I can go through them in detail. One is a group of areas where we are now putting together a request for tenders and competitive processes that were difficult to do in the past. However, with the Office of Government Procurement now available, we are doing that. Another relates to hiring veterinary staff in emergency situations. It is a little tricky, but we are trying now to put that into a tender arrangement. There are a number of other ones where I think it is inevitable that there will be very short-term, urgent needs and where tenders are not possible.
