Well, imagery from planes and satellites and so on that helped us to determine whether land was eligible. We passed some photographs to the secretariat. I do not know if they have put them on the screen. What the Commission found was that our imagery and so on was inadequate and, therefore, we had inadequately pursued the offending farmers.
