I am good on late nights.

We are now in public session. At the request of the broadcasting and recording services, members are asked to ensure that for the duration of the meeting their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane, safe or flight mode, depending on the device used. It is not sufficient for members to leave their phones on silent mode as this maintains the level of interference with the broadcasting system.

We have received no apologies. I propose that we go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.

The joint committee went into private session at 9.42 a.m. and resumed in public session at 9.58 a.m.
