I will ask the third question and then move on. We are not getting clear answers because the witness is attempting to move onto a different ground of argument. The Commission has said that established practice has gone. Let us engage on it. Let us be political because I agree that the Commission is a political body that makes political choices. Is the European Commission in favour of water charging? Is it in favour of water privatisation? Is it the case that the troika agreement with Greece included an agreement for the privatisation of two Greek public water companies in Athens and Thessaloniki? Is it the case that the troika agreement with Portugal included the privatisation of water services?
